World Trade Tower project is a mixed-used development with more than 700.000 Sq. M. total area consisting of an office tower, retail mall, theatre, sport center and parking. The Firm has provided Yamam Sazeh with its legal opinions and legal solutions as to numerous aspects of the client’s project, and for the purpose of the such a project, it has engaged in drafting a consultancy agreement to be concluded with a reputable international consulting and property development company. In addition, Hatami & Associates has given its comments on a technical service agreement which was to be signed between the consultants of Yamam Sazeh’s project.
