Stemming from WIRTGEN’s decision on changing its business approach regarding the nature of its presence in the Iranian market, Hatami & Associates advised and guided the client in choosing the most appropriate business structure, and drafted the pertinent Share Transfer Agreement, with specific consideration given to the applicable Iranian rules and regulations.  Further involved in every step of the way was Hatami & Associates in providing advisory comments leading to the conclusion of a rather important Dealers Agreement. In this respect, the Firm also conducted and managed the respective bureaucratic registration measures, while also pursuing and advising the client on the related tax matters. Due to WIRTGEN GROUP’s continuous and increasing trade relations with the country, the Firm has also been rendering legal services to the client on a regular basis.
