Rasoul Abafat PhD has been a member of the Iranian Bar Association since 1998. He has joined the International Law Firm of Dr. Hatami and Associates as the local legal advisor since  1999 and has been involved as a lawyer in so many cases referred to the firm.

Rasoul Abafat PhD has practiced mainly in advising public and private companies, government entities, and other institutions and individuals on almost every type of transaction or corporate matter. He has the most precious experiences of Twenty-five years of rendering legal services exclusively on a wide  range of international trade law matters such as Investment Law, Aviation Law, Corporate Compliance and International Commercial Contracts. He is also an Assistant Professor at Payam -e- Noor University in Tehran since 2005 until now and has valuable academic experiences as well as  several publications in all relevant legal areas. .
